Learn MoreBeen going here for years. Never had a problem. Dr Barbarevech has been my husbands and my Dr from day one. Can't say enough about him. Takes time to explain every question you have. And all the staff are very friendly, from receptionist to everyone in procedure room.
The doctor was respectful and therapeutic. The initial nurse who monitored my vital signs, reviewed my information, and discontinued my IV was rude and abrasive. She was rough when removing IV (first time I actually ever yelled when IV discontinued), and tossed my discharge papers on a chair so they fell to the floor becoming contaminated. When I asked about disinfecting spray so papers could be decontaminated, she told me "there's none", and handed me contaminated papers. I've had procedures at this Center in past, and have not had problems with rudeness.
In regards to the noted below review by Mr Sweeney....I overheard you raising your voice to the staff...inappropriately for things that were out of their control. They were nothing but professional and kind to your grandmother...things arise during procedures and some patients require more attention and time than scheduled for. I personally heard the staff's interaction with your grandmother, maybe you should check your facts with her before you publicly slander a company without knowing all the details. As a patient, I have and will continue to refer family and friends to this facility.....
To start with, I’d like to say, if this place could get zero stars or half a star they would. This place is highly unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy come here. My grandmother was sent here for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and I’d have to say this has been the worst medical experience that I’ve ever been a part of or witnessed. From the nurses laughing at her while she was nervous to have the procedures done to receiving no update once so ever on her status to being told that my grandmother and myself can wait while they have lunch to be checked on or discharged. Stay as far away from this place as you can and get your procedure done anywhere else you’ll be better off.
